Wobrock's uses only the finest plants and materials available. We also offer our clients comprehensive instructions on plant care and maintenance to ensure the landscapes we install thrive for years to come.

But long, dry spells like the drought of 2005 take their toll on plants. This is why Wobrock's is proud to offer the most comprehensive plant guarantee in the industry by covering 100 percent of the cost of the plant and installation  for one year, from the date of installation. It does not include a guarantee on the replacement plant.

If the plant does not survive for one year from the date of installation, the plant will be replaced with the same variety and size, if available. If a similar replacement cannot be found, Wobrock's will credit the full purchase price toward another plant or issue a credit that may be used toward the purchase of any plant or material that Wobrock's offers.

Replacement planting starts in June. The timing of replacements will be based on our schedule and plant availability. Please do not be concerned that your one-year guarantee may expire. If your plants were installed before June the previous season, Wobrock's will honor the guarantee.

A uniform stand of grass will be guaranteed on seeding jobs, providing proper maintenance practices are followed. Likewise, sod will be guaranteed to "take" the first growing season if the proper maintenance practices are followed.

There are, however, some exceptions to the Wobrock's guarantee. Plants will not be covered by the guarantee if they are the subject of theft, vandalism, dog urine, rabbits, improper care or acts of nature or if they are relocated. Further, the guarantee shall be void if the client has not made full payment or if the property changes ownership.
